As joint owner of The Property Shop, my role is focused on the commercial direction, day-to-day operation and continued growth of the business. Since Mollie and I took ownership, I’ve focused on building on the foundations of a well-established independent agency while making sure we continue to move forward. That has included expanding into Fowey and establishing our third branch, alongside continuing to develop our existing offices in Bodmin and Lostwithiel. I’m closely involved in the financial and operational side of the business, as well as our systems, strategy and longer-term planning. For me, it’s important that as the business grows, we don’t lose the local knowledge, straightforward advice and personal service that have been at the heart of The Property Shop since 1992. Outside of work, I can usually be found in Fowey, sailing or walking the dogs.
