As joint owner of The Property Shop – one of the largest and best remaining independent estate agencies in Cornwall (but of course I would say that!) – I’m passionate about raising standards and making sure everything runs like clockwork. I love problem-solving, fine-tuning systems, and I won’t rest until things are just right… just ask the staff!
