Company Application Fee £240 (£200 plus vat) - Referencing (identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous landlords, as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms), arranging the tenancy and agreement.
Tenancy Fee (payable on moving in) £120 (£100 + VAT) – The fee includes providing a Tenancy Agreement and all administration including protecting your security deposit with a scheme such as The Deposit Protection Service.
