Directions to the property:

Travel Directions to Steppes Farm  -  from the M5 take the A30 to Bodmin.  Turn off A30 at Kennard House signed Wadebridge/Camelford.  Follow signs to Camelford.  We would recommend that you approach Camelford along the A39, go through Camelford, passed the Camelot Garage, ignoring the sign to Advent Church that points down a road beside the Garage.  At the fork in the road, just beyond the Garage, take the left turning onto the B3266, which is the Bodmin Road, at the first crossroads turn left at the Advent Church sign.  Follow this lane down over a small stone bridge spanning the River Camel.  Take the right turn in the hamlet of Tresinney and drive passed the Church entrance, around a sharp 'S' bend you will find the entrance to Steppes Farm on your right.
